Downside - wear rate is ok they're down to 4mm after roughly 5,000 miles but can't expect much for budget tyre, grips in dry but if you go a bit to fast on a slight bend, you can feel it slip slightly but what do you expect for budget tyre. Grip in the wet is actually good. I've tested in snow, they grip ok but not that good, it struggled at 20mph in thickish snow which I've had better but it did the job and now we rarely get snow that lasts longer than a day anyway.

Only had since November, can't really comment on durability, but good in snow.

Provided you don't drive like a lunatic, these tyres are a good choice bearing in mind they are a halfway - house between a summer and winter tyre ( expect them not to be as good as either ). in the snow recently, they grip the road like a madman! they are a bit noisy though, and I get a constant low speed HUM which was absent from the BRIDGESTONE all-seasons I had before on the other side of the coin, the PETLAS MULTIACTION are at least £200 cheaper a set , + wearing better.
