This is the 2nd time we've had MJP change a tyre on our cars. Both times the customer service has been exceptional and I cannot fault them at all. The booking process is so easy and I know they're only a phone call away if I have any concerns! The tyre fitter was very professional and friendly. He fitted the new tyre in little time and it made the whole process much easier as a parent with 2 young children.
Legends! Called today at 1.33 pm and the tyre was fixed by 3.03 pm... super quick, super friendly and would definitely recommend... cannot say thanks enough for saving my behind!
Tyre replaced within an hour of calling. Great service
Good price , came when they said. No issues at all
Fantastic service, hit another pothole shredding the tyre on my XC60, arrived within 60 mins of the call and was on my way with 90 mins. Jamie was brilliant. Highly recommended, now have their number on speed dial!
I called MJP Tyre after finding my tyre was flat at 6am. They came out within half an hour in their very smart van with all the equipment needed which thankfully was the case as the nut broke which would normally be a major issue. Mike was super professional and explained the issue and soon had it fixed. Great company who are polite, friendly, efficient and great value. Highly recommend.
Great work & competitive price for the convenience. Turned up promptly and fitted it in the cold and rain. Would use again.
MJP were so good to me, hit a pothole and burst my tyre, it wasn’t urgent but they were there early the following morning, a great service with a great price and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Jamie Dean was the fitter and thanks to him, all the family now has their number saved!
